So grateful to Neiman Marcus Atlanta for hosting the exquisite handbag designer Jada Loveless’ trunk show here in Atlanta, with a portion of proceeds from the event going to support the High Museum’s first fashion exhibit Iris Van Herpen: Transforming Fashion.

Jada Loveless is an Atlanta based handbag designer whose handbags are on the wish list of all the fashionable set here in Atlanta, Hollywood and with the opening of her first store in Nantucket in the Summer of 2014, I imagine they are now on the wish list of the fashionable set all the way up the Northeastern corridor. Jada’s handbag designs combine gorgeous exotics such as American alligator or python with jeweled clasps and other distinct nuances that one only finds in a handbag designed by a modern designer and crafted by master artisans. This beautiful and talented female entrepreneur has built her business from the ground up, step by step and it has been a pleasure to watch her success.

I am honored to be one of the co-chairs of the Friends of Iris and the upcoming Intimate Preview Dinner Celebrating Iris Van Herpen: Transforming Fashion, on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the High Museum of Art. The evening will include a preview of the exhibit, dinner and a celebration of an incredibly talented fashion designer who represents the next phase of fashion design. Iris Van Herpen will be present.

We are so thankful to both Jada Loveless and Neiman Marcus Atlanta for their generous support of this exhibit and the High Museum of Art.
